The first picture is the empty SPIbelt, the second picture I stuffed it with my phone, house key, debit card and some cash.
SPIbelts are designed to hold your necessities while you are running/walking/cycling or for whatever else you are doing and want to carry a few things but keep your hands free. It definitely does a great job. When I go for a walk or run I always carry my cell phone and keys with me, and if I have no pockets I am stuck holding onto them! The belt snaps securely around your waist and can easily be adjusted so you can carry everything you need without risk of losing or dropping it.
