Perplexus Review

I received the Perplexus Original 3D maze in the mail last week and immediately handed it over to Zac. He was really excited to get to review something and he played with it, and loved it, and wanted to give his own review on the product!

As you can see from his review, he loved the Perplexus. He is still carrying it around and challenging everyone in the house! This toy is perfect for those who need to work on their hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. The recommended age for the Perplexus Original is 6 and up, Zac is 10 and I think the Perplexus Epic will be something he would enjoy too, and has been put down on his Christmas list!

There are three different 'starting points' for the Perplexus Original. You can place your ball in one of them, and then you CAREFULLY and SLOWLY guide your ball through the obstacles and to the finish line! You must be slow and careful because if you fall off the track, you have to start all over!

There is also a multi-play option, for 'multi player' players start at the same starting point and time themselves and see who can get to the finish line the fastest. It would make a great game at a party!

I was very pleased with the Perplexus. It's a great game for kids and adults too! Turn off the tv and video games for awhile and give them something that works their brain instead!

Fun, easy and Quick School Lunches!

For my little brother, school starts very soon... With that comes the never-ending question, 'What do you want ion your Lunch.' Zac is so picky, and since he is lactose intolerant it cuts down on a lot of his options. He ends up taking the same thing for a month and then gets sick of it. We have pleaded and begged him to pick things out at the grocery store or make us a list and he is never interested!

I was sent this a cute sandwich cutter from FunBites. Sandwichs are basic staples in every kids lunchbox and this is a really quick and easy way to make your typical old sandwich a bit more fun!

They have two designs, the 'Cube It' and the 'Luv It', I received the Luv It and Zac took it right away to play with it.

'Luv It'

Take out the insert and place on top of your bread/sandwich. Gently press by holding onto the sides and rock it back and forth. Put the insert back in to pop out the bread and you are done!

Lovable Labels Review

It's only half way through summer break where I live and although my lil brother doesn't want to hear it, school is right around the corner. While I personally LOVE school supply shopping... New pencils, scribbles, notepads, etc... I HATE having to label all of his stuff! Especially the pencils. YES, that was requested!!

Review - Real Kids Shades

My brother Zac was so excited when we received the Real Kids Shades in the mail. He couldn't decide which he liked best and was constantly switching them and carrying them around in the pouch.

We got the 'Blade' and 'Xtreme Chill'. My favourite is the blade, which is the bottom picture, I like the sleek look of them. Zac likes the Xtreme chill, which is the top photo because they have a foam on the inside that makes them comfy.

We were ALWAYS reminding Zac to wear a pair of sunglasses when going outside, especially in the summer! It has always been important to me to protect your eyes from the sun, but telling a 10 year old boy that doesn't is anther story! Now he wants to wear his sunglasses because they look so cool, he rarely needs to be reminded now!
