Babyliss Hot Roller Review!

This was my first time ever using Hot Rollers and it took me a few times to get the hang of them, but in the end I was delighted with the look I achieved with the Babyliss Pro Hot Rollers.

The only thing I used in my hair was a bit of heat protectant, and after I took the curlers out I sprayed some finishing spray. I used the smaller curlers on the top and front of my hair and then bigger curlers on the bottom layers so I kept the length.

The curlers were really easy to use once I got the hang of them, the first time I didn't let them heat up enough. In the above picture I had let them heat up for about 20-30minutes, and then put them in and left them in my hair for another 20minutes. It sounds like a long time, but the curlers only take about 10-15minutes to actually put into your hair, I found it to be much quicker then using a curing iron.

The Babyliss pro has a 'Low' and 'Hi' heat setting, so you can pick which works best for your hair. The rollers come in 4 different sizes and have little spikes on them to keep our hair tangle-free and keep the curls even.

I'm really happy with the hot rollers and will be using them in place of a curling iron from now on!

  1. Nice, I love hot rollers :) Your hair is very long! Looks nice

  2. I love having the choice of straight or long hair! I am a licensed cosmetologist so I am always trying new things, sometimes I forget about the rollers! :)

  3. Nice job, as a hairstylist have kinda pushed the hot rollers to the back of the closet. But they are perfect for a longer lasting curl, especially for special occasions, always use them on Wedding Do's for clients.

  4. Your hair is just beautiful! I have long hair as well and it can be so hard keeping curls in because of the weight because of the length. How long did the curls last for you?

  5. I love your long hair! When I had long hair it took a long time to curl it with a curling iron. I used to use rollers and I loved them!

  6. So Pretty! I love the look...good idea to use various sizes of rollers. Thanks for the review!
