What is your favourite way to recharge when you feel drained of energy?



When I am feeling like I need to recharge I will either grab some caffeine, or lay in bed and watch Dr. Phil or read a book. I have never really thought about it as 'recharging' but now that I look back at it, that's exactly what it is. When I am drained mentally, physically, whatever, laying in bed with a good book or watching TV is a nice, comfy way to zone out.

This months 'Energy' theme has really got me thinking. One of my Day Zero goals is to start doing yoga and I feel yoga would be a great way to re-energize while doing something that's good for the body. Once I start I'm thinking/hoping it will be relatively easy to bring out the yoga mat and do a few poses to re-gain some energy and focus my thoughts.

  1. I take naps to recharge. Sometimes I read. It's nice to take a break. Locking myself in my bedroom for 15 minutes is heavenly!
